2-Hour Digital Detox Challenge

FreeChallenge: For the next two hours, put your phone, laptop, and all other digital devices away and immerse yourself in the present moment. Whether you’re at home, outside, or spending time with loved ones, focus on mindfulness and being fully present.
Steps:
- Turn off notifications on your phone or put it in airplane mode to avoid distractions.
- Set a timer for 2 hours to fully commit to this challenge.
- Choose an activity like reading, going for a walk, cooking, meditating, or having a meaningful conversation with someone.
- Reflect afterward: How did you feel being free from screens? Was your attention more focused? Did you feel more connected to yourself or those around you?
